Our fee Schedule

We kept this process very simple. The fee is based on a percentage of the campers reservation total.

$1.00 to $50,000.00 per season total is 12% of the Total Stay.
$50,000.00 to $75,000.00 per season total is 11% of the Total Stay.
$75,000.00 to $100,000.00 per season total is 10% of the Total Stay.
$100,000.00 to $125,000.00 per season total is 9% of the Total Stay.
$125,000.00 to $175,000.00 per season total is 8% of the Total Stay.
$175,000.00 to $200,000.00 per season total is 7% of the Total Stay.
$200,000.00 plus, we can discus a custom percentage for your campsite or park.

Online deposits are e-transferred to our account for faster processing.

We holdback monies for returning deposits (per your approval) and collecting our fees that are listed above.
Each month you will receive the fees collected for the bookings that have stayed and exited your facility minus our fee.
We prefer to send via an e-transfer to your account or pay you via CC or Debit if needed.

We start with a kick-off meeting. There we get to know about your business, your vision for the website and who your customers are. This stage also helps us develop a sitemap for your website. A sitemap is essentially the blueprints for the website, laying out all the necessary pages.
Once you have approved the sitemap, we move into design. Our design team factors in your existing branding and vision for the website. Once we have a website design that we believe will appeal to both you and your customers, we share the design with you. Again, we look for your approval before we move the design into development.
All the pieces start to come together when we move into development; desired functionality, the approved sitemap and web design go into the developed website. This is also the technical part where our knowledgeable team does their work. All our websites are built on a content management system that is easy for your team to update down the road.
Before your website goes live, we ask you for your final stamp of approval. We want to ensure the design, content and functionality match the goals we established at the beginning of the project.
